Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia – Building Community Voices (BCV) has successfully conducted a two-day intensive training program called “Understanding Conflict and Conflict Resolution Skills.” The goal of this program was to empower local leaders and community members by equipping them with practical tools to manage disputes and promote lasting peace.
The training brought together participants from across the province in a collaborative learning environment to strengthen dialogue and enhance community cohesion. This initiative reflects BCV’s ongoing commitment to supporting inclusive and sustainable development at the grassroots level.
The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of conflict dynamics and to build their skills in negotiation and peaceful problem-solving. BCV emphasized that its training program is a key part of its mission to promote stability and harmony in Ratanakiri. By equipping individuals with practical conflict resolution skills, the organization is helping to build stronger, more resilient communities that can face challenges peacefully.
